Installation Instructions:

Open the back hatch of the vehicle. The brake light wires will be located on the left side in the black rubber boot. To access the wires, remove the rubber boot and cut back the tape.

Additional Information:

The brake light wire will be the thinner of the two green wires. The ground will be the plain black wire. If you are having trouble differentiating between the correct wires, please test them before moving on.

  • Positive Wire:

    Green (thinner of the two)

  • Ground Wire

    Black (plain black)

About wire colors:

In the event a wire has two colors listed, the first color is the base wire color. The second color is the tracer. For example, if the positive wire color is listed as "black/red." This means the wire is black with a red stripe.
