Installation Instructions:

Open the hatch and remove the center panel at the top of the liftgate—behind the brake light. The wires will be the ones on the driver side in a black 2-pin plug. Note the wire colors below.

Additional Information:

The video is for other years, so it will have different wire colors. However, the installation method is the same.

  • Positive Wire:

    Black

  • Ground Wire

    White

About wire colors:

In the event a wire has two colors listed, the first color is the base wire color. The second color is the tracer. For example, if the positive wire color is listed as "black/red." This means the wire is black with a red stripe.
